Simply put, education is leadership development. It is an effort that enhances the learner’s capacity to lead people. Very simply put, leading is setting direction and guiding others to follow that direction. A critical skill for leaders is the ability to manage their own learning.As a movement, we want to facilitate and equip churches with the resources and tools necessary to enhance their leaders.
About Dr. Winn Griffin | Educational Coordinator
For over thirty-five years of ministry, I have been a Bible teacher, pastor, and writer. I have taught in the church, in the college system, and in graduate school during that time. I have just published my first book God’s EPIC Adventure and have created a publishing compnay, Harmon Press, to help folks who are invisible to traditional publishers get their books into print easily.
Personally, I love spending time with my family, collecting baseball cards, watching movies, eating banana sandwiches with Splenda (yummy!), traveling, reading mystery stories, and watching sports. I have a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts and two Doctor of Ministry degrees, the first in Biblical Studies and a second from George Fox University, Portland, OR, in Leadership in the Emerging Culture. My wife Donna and I have two children, Jason and Jeramie Joy and live in Woodinville USAmerica.
